An alternative to traditional safety chains is CURT safety cables. Safety cables are a medium-duty safety option and are very effective for most standard trailers. CURT safety cables are coiled so they do not drag on the ground, and they are fitted with safety latches, instead of S-hooks, to prevent them from becoming unhooked even over bumps and rough roads.

This heavy-duty safety chain is made from high-quality steel and is grade-70 certified. It is equipped with a sturdy clevis hook with a safety latch for reliable coupling to your vehicle and features a minimum break force of 12,600 lbs. 

This trailer alignment system allows a driver to easily connect the trailer and hitch from the driver seat. Simple, one-person trailer hook-up on the first try without damage to your expensive equipment.

Draw-Tite steel ball mount with solid shank measures 6-5/8 inches from the center of hitch pin hole to the center of ball hole. The drawbar is Class I compatible. Powder coat finish over a-coat base provides excellent rust protection.

Cold forged chrome hitch ball with 3/4 inch diameter shank fits 1 7/8 inch trailer tongue couplers.

This CURT straight-tongue coupler features a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs. It has a 3" channel and fits a 2" diameter trailer ball.

This CURT A-frame Posi-Lock coupler features a gross trailer weight capacity of 5,000 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 700 lbs. It fits a 2" diameter trailer ball. 

This CURT tow ball features a ball capacity of 3,500 lbs. It is able to tow most utility trailers, boat trailers, campers, smaller livestock trailers and some recreational vehicle haulers (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component; i.e. the vehicle, hitch, trailer, etc).
